Location: Pacific Northwest		I had one made in 2009 and its my only saddle and I ride everyday. Mine was definitely not cheaply made. I can't say I take very good care of my saddles, I've cleaned it maybe once and it accidentally gets left in the trailer all the time. The leather is still supple and when I clean it it looks new. It's only got marks on the rough out from me scraping my spurs across it. When I bought mine the customer service was excellent.

ETA and Vanessa was the rep that I went through, so that's probably why my experience was so great :) The saddle came to me 100% how I had designed and pictured it.
