We signed up with Sling to watch the NFR and watched the first 2 rounds but now we can't. Anyone else having this problem? 

The issue is resolved. I don't know what happened, but it's back up on Sling now. 

I'm over the air, so have to watch through fb and YouTube 

I am really enjoying the barrrl race and calf roping the most so far, although the bull riding is really interesting to, with no recent world champions in the field this year. Kassie and Hailey are so exciting to watch. Kassie's run last night was beautiful! Andrea and Benny are just going to get better, I think. He has such a pretty pattern. 

Sister has been amazing. That said, I wonder if Hailey will give her a break and ride JLo later in the week. Hoping so since she is a Renew Gold horse and always fun to watch.

Round 5 of the NFR and this is all the discussion?  The barrel racing has been insanely fast and it's setting up to be a tight finish.  There are some talented up-and-coming cowgirls this year.  A few years ago and BHW was full of posts about the NFR.  My how things have changed.

These horses are absolutely amazing and can these girls ride !!   Awesome performances.

I think Andrea has been amazing! It can't be easy on the confidence level when you ride a horse that Brittany won  so much on, but she is doing fantastic! I have to say I would love to see Hailey run JLo, that mare is amazing and I've missed watching her run at the finals. 

I am loving this group of horses! 

I am a big fan of Hailey & Sister (who isnt) but always have been being a SF lover. 

I think Kassie could break the arena record... I am excited to see her doing so well! 

I have been so impressed by Abby Phillips & Andi Anderson! 

I also cannot get over how much Sasha and Rollo look alike lol

He's so fun to watch. Ashley is doing a great job.

And so so deceiving! But that consisistency is so amazing. 

 remember that each round would have its own multi-page thread full of analysis and drama lol. I'm sad that this is the only thread. This group of ladies/horses is amazing.

I think a new arena record is coming. 

The next 3 rounds should be exciting. I think we'll see an arena record before it is over. 

What a bad spill for Dona Kay last night.  She'll be one sore little cowgirl today.  Hope everything is okay and she'll be able to complete her runs at the NFR.  That alleyway entrance is a danger on so many levels. 

Yes, that enterance needs to be changed somehow.  Prayers that her and Valor are ok

I said the same thing to my husband last night. Just a few well placed padded mats would be a huge improvement. 

The only way would be to either duck & run out that alley, run down the alley with the rest standing there like it used to be, or close the gate to the middle alley right where they enter now & them have to stop in 30-40 feet. The posts are padded, not the best but its something. No amount of padding would have changed the outcome, other than Valor being a little less hurt. Which he was movgn rough when they walked him out. If they complain too much the PRCA will remove them from the rodeo completely, they are lucky to get what they get at all 

I just read that Donna K decided to go to the hosp and make sure all is ok with her but she will not be running tonight or tomorrow. Many prayers for her and Valor.

Congratulations to Kassie and Jarvis and Andrea and Benny! What a great barrel race. Prayers for Donna Kay and Valor, Carlee and also Sister that they all heal up quickly. 

I loved that almost every event came down to the 10th go around. It made for an exciting 10 days. 

And how about the Utah cowboys, winning all 3 rough stock events and the steer wrestling average.
