Ima Cool Kid Posts: 3496 Location: TN	Remembering my one and only trip to the World..... The Sr Pole bending 2007. The ground was horrible my mare fell in the pattern ( tripped over the ridge). When i walked up to get my Reserve trophy and I tripped over the ridge in the dirt. They did not disk out the trenches in the middle of the arena........ Been qualified on 2 or more horses for the last 8 years....... Just think they they would want the reputation of "perfect" footing, just don't get it. It's not cheap to show @ the World show.......

What's really crappy about the ground at the world show is that the ground CAN be great, they just don't work it properly. It looked better this year than in year's past but I remember Michele McCloud and Slick falling all the way down last year in the prelims. A horse that was used to rodeo ground had problems with it!
