DunIt - 2014-12-05 7:12 AM So is she going to change her name to Sherry Petska?
I don't like getting into peoples personal lives but I am soo curious about this!!
My bet is that she doesn't. That is too well known of a name to change.

I thought she looked so happy at the back ceremony. Love that she is looking so great and feeling great too.

If I was a man, it would bother me that my wife kept her exhusbands/widow's last name.....I dont care how famous of a name it was

It doesn't bother Tim McGraw. Faith Hill didn't change her married name. Hill is not her maiden name. She married someone named Hill shortly before getting her first record deal. They divorced not long after. She has kept her first husband's name since that is how she became first known. She wasn't widowed either, just divorced. Tim McGraw doesn't seem to care one bit. Works for them. I'm sure their legal names change, but their professional names don't.

I think the "public" name stays the same, who knows what's on her check books now. Ivewatched cclass rodeos with Charmayne James rodeoing under her husbands name, only seen the one year like that, and it went back to James, so people were not so confused i guess?

Charmayne rodeoed as Charmayne James-Rodman, then Charmayne Rodman, when she was married to Walt.  She went back to her maiden name when they got divorced, then kept her maiden name (Professionally at least) when she got married to Tony Garritano.
