My trainer ha a horse at her barn that would tie up regularly and she gave the horse a shot that was selenium and some other element. What was strange was that the horse is a daughter of A Streak Of Fling.

Lack of water in the body, standing in a stall all day, and very low levels of salt and vitamin E. A working Using horse left to stand still for several Can cramp up easy unless slowly warmed up. Then you have race horses/barrel horses get their water pulled for a race and sometimes never cooled down properly leaving lactic acid in those still working muscles. It dont matter which breed, the horse is an animal by Design that will self destruct.By giving salt daily, the horse Will consume more water, by adding vitamin E daily and by making Sure your is allowed enough space to move about And proper cool out can lower your chances of it ever happening.also never switch feed when your horse is at his peak.
