My husband and I both wear helmets and have for several years now. I wear mine pretty much every time I mount up. I feel weird without it now. I don't like the look, but I love the protection so brain protection wins hands down. I am seeing more and more helmets at shows now. Glad you joined the club!

I have been wearing one for quite a few years. Wouldn't get on a horse without one. I don't care what people think. I see more and more people doing it. One brain hemmorage in a lifetime was enough for me. And when I got hurt, I was wearing a helmet. If I wouldn't have been, I wouldn't be here typing this right now.
