He is on a very strict diet for IR horses that my vet helped me make :) I also have put a pair of old Mac boots on him before, and I loved them! He did alright with them, but after a couple weeks, I couldn't keep them from rubbing his heels raw :/

You need the gator inserts

Location: Florida..		your not a terrible person..if he has not quality of life and stays in pain and cant be a horse then you will know.
I had to put my mare own for this to but she had cushings as well.....and I questioned myself for 5 months before I decided.. I waited to long..she suffered But I kept trying new things and more meds and this and that and in the end it didnt help...I dont think makin a horse suffer or be in pain to try things over and over is the right thing to do... you will know ..
