I guess it is going local now, to a plant in East Liverpool, WTI, that burns it somehow. 

Dr. Marc Siegel is in East Palestine and has been for a couple of days.  He represents FOX (just like the border crisis, no other station cares).  The things the townsfolks are telling him are very disturbing as far as the after effects. One child with burns on his skin after taking a bath, and coughing up blood.  Dr. Siegel said this morning he can still smell the smoke in the air.
