Clean the machine regularly and use the little basket that is available for purchase to put your own coffee in and VOILA! Problems solved!
I think people can create DRAMA off the simplest of things because some people believe everything they read on the internet.

We have an off brand of one in the horse trailer. Cleaning isn't that big of a deal.
There is no way I could use one every day. I drink too much coffee to do one cup at time and would get really annoyed having to wait for each cup to brew.
