That sidepull was made by a fellow in Iowa many years ago and he is now in a nursing home.  There were many of them that made their way around the US and there have been different individuals who have made a pattern and copied it, but don't have a name for you.  It was not made by any of the major bit companies. 

Thank you so much for the info! Glad I was able to purchase it before someone else snatched it up.

Not looking for a copy. As stated in an earlier post, I just bought it and was hoping someone knew who may have made it. I won't have it until tomorrow so I'm not even sure if there's a makers mark on it right now.
