What's it feel like when you run your hand under?

It almost looks like its sitting on then middle of the rock, then tipping down forward like a teater totter because the fronts heavier.

His back looks pretty flat, and wide. Tuff fit for sure not many good quality saddles have little rock. But the thing is (and ive seen this many times) you can go get a saddle custom built (and I mean custom not pick your conchos and leather color) have the treeh Hand carved and sculpted to his back and his back will change. IMO no saddle fits a horse 100% pefrect 100% of the time.

I wouldent be unhappy with this saddle if it were my horse if it felt ok running my Hand under. I would get a nice soft thicker wole pad, I have a couple for diffrent horse and saddle combos and they will conform to the horses back and saddle, meaning if there is a tight spot it will compress the pad and your preasure will become more even over time.
I would like to try a CSI though I never have they look pretty cool.

I think I may just end up selling this one and starting over AGAIN arg. I did some wire tracings of his back to put on the underside of the tree, the tree is just not the right shape. The front is a bit too wide in the gullet and the back of the saddle just has too wide of an angle, so it appears as though only the very tops of the bars are touching him. I just hate to have spent so much time getting his back right and then go mess it up again. My husband's saddle fits him so nicely, I wish I could just find a shrunken down version, its soo frustrating!
Is it worth listing a saddle on this site?

I'm not sure of listing a saddle on here ....

What's your husbands saddle that fits the horse so well?? Could you contact the maker and get one built for your seat size on the same type of tree?

Thanks! I am a bit afraid to get rid of it and end up with something even worse with the number of saddles I have had! Unfortunately I can't afford anything else at the moment without selling this one. My husband has an older Vinton. They don't seem to make the new ones as well, they look like they have that cheapo shiny leather. They are out of my price range brand new anyways. I've been trying to find a used one in my size, but I still haven't ran across anything smaller than a 16".
