Take a Picture Posts: 12841	I buy plastic barrels and cut them in half lengthwise with a jigsaw. I feed hay in these and feed even in stalls.

Toastest with the Mostest Posts: 5712 Location: That part of Texas	You may be able to sink a pole in the ground and attach two of these together against it to make a feeding pole or even use some old pallets stacked together to screw the bottom of the barrels to and keep them off the ground a bit.

That's really neat! I'm really hoping they will keep eating without tipping the muck buckets, like yesterday. Hopefully it just wasn't because it was a new thing to them lol! My 2 yr old still pawed the ground but he wasn't able to get his leg up into the bucket so he gave up and just ate quietly.
