Griz - 2014-06-27 12:24 PM Sounds like they are going to put themselves out of business!

Not hardly.  They may not be the best at shipping orders in a timely fashion but they do a HUGE business at the shows they attend.  William is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, plus he and Gina both are very personable people to visit with and talk horses to.

I called 4 times to try and place an order and never received a call back. Perhaps they should focus only on selling at large shows and not do custom orders if they can't keep up with that side of the business.

This.  I wouldn't have ordered via the phone if I hadn't had a positive experience with them at a show.  Hope they get better!!

It's funny I see this post, I ordered one of their Carl Hackamores, I figured it was already made since it's not a custom bit, they sell it all the time, this Monday will be 4 weeks and I don't have it yet.

I have been trying to order a bit from them for over 6 weeks and have never heard from them! I have called and left 3 messages and also e-mailed. I just want a Kathy James bit made, guess that was a lot to ask, lol. Now after seeing all of these posts I'm glad I never got to actually place my order! I am going to call Shallow Creek, thanks ladies :).
