I can assure you that this is not a Renew Gold issue. Off of the top of my head, I would guess that there is close to10,000 bags of Renew Gold in the main warehouse for national delivery. That inventory turns over fresh every month. TSC can have all that they want, and we will gladly make all that they order. As you might imagine, this is a huge frustration for us. Most TSC stores simply do not inventory enough. This is mostly related to how much space they have in the back storage area for all the products that they carry in the store. We are pushing all the time for TSC to stock more in the back room, but it is a battle. Doing the online order from TSC does work well, and there is no freight charge. Independent stores may charge more, but still provide great feeding value compared to conventional feeds when you add up the cost per horse per month. Between TSC and independent stores Renew Gold should be available. You might ask your local feed store for a deal if you preorder your needs every month. That way they know that they have a guaranteed sale, and you have guaranteed product availability.

| Today I visited my two closest TSC's. Neither helped me get the online subscription for RG, but one gave me a phone # to call. It appears RG is not available for online subscription in my area. Why, no one could tell me. I did happen into my next 5 bags at one of the stores, but I can't ALWAYS be hunting my horse feed down. Win - if you read the update - is there any other option that doesn't include outrageous shipping to get RG to the northern VA area?? |

Not at all. Any help is greatly appreciated! I love RG and how my horses have looked and behaved on this no grain, no sugar, alfalfa and RG diet!! I just can't spend hours rounding up minimal amounts every couple weeks or spend an excessive amount on shipping. |

If you do a Rain Check for your needs, it should always be there, and no one else can buy it out from under you. Rain Check should be available at every TSC. If your store will not do this, please let me know.

Thanks Win. I will try to get TSC (in person or on website) to cooperate with something. The demand in this area must be pretty high as they are always out so it's always a lucky day to come upon multiple bags at one TSC. |
