We recently lost my grandma and a family member is willing to keep her dog. The dog is in Ventura , Ca and needs to go near Hillsbor0, OR we can probably meet in different places if it helps. She tried to get him ready to go with her on the plane but it isn't working out . He is a small dog. Please if anyone can help let me know.
