well it really depends on what you want to accomplish because they are two completely different products/ Eq royal is a blood builder and oxymax is a supplement that gives a horse support with joints, ulcers and lungs. i have had two of my horses on both these products and i really didn't notice a difference with the eq royal but the oxymax was night and day for my one horse. so if you were going to try a product i would definitely go with the oxymax
