The vet at Cimarron does chiropractic. The vet clinic is called Western Veterinary Clinic. Englewood is basically in Oklahoma, so maybe someone from OK can give you some ideas. Woodward isn't too far, or even someone in the TX panhandle wouldn't be too far. Dr. Quinley Koch of Elite Equine does chiro work, but not exactly sure where what part of Kansas she travels to. She has a website you can look at.

Sorry I'm not more help! Haven't had any chiro stuff done in several years so I don't know who all is in the area anymore.
