Horses with IAD what do you do to help them?

My horse was diagnosed after he developed a cough after 3 month stall rest,two vets, rounds of antibiotics and dex, two scopes, a BAL wash,blood panels. All came back perfect!!! The scope showed slight inflammation in the trac, and a little mucus. So..... What do you do to help your horses? Looking into albuterol type inhalants. And have made environmental changes.what else would you suggest? Allergy tests? Meds? Ect?

My horse also has this and you should be able to research some previous topics on this discussed here-some great advice on those!
People are such a huge help on this board. I just changed environment by putting him outside 24/7, soaked hay, I also ordered some supplements to try.
