Location: Northern CA		My boss is moving overseas. We have worked together for many years and I would like to get him a nice gift but he can't take much with him. Any ideas?

Maybe you could decorate or buy a nice photo album and put a few pictures from work or a picture of everyone as a group and write something really nice as the starting page, and then he can take it with him and take pictures of his new journey!
