I know your post is old, but if you haven't tried to get a saddle from them I do not recommend it. I tried purchasing a saddle from them and had the mold done and sent in only to have waited 4 months with no communication and the mold not looked at by the tree maker. In trying to get some form of communication made they decided to call me and say they weren't going to make the saddle, but thankfully because they hadn't attempted to create a tree I was able to get my deposit back.  I'm also not the only person who has experienced this.
