" Busy" is an external thing, our to do lists, and responsibilities.
" Hurry" is the internal state of agitation caused by how we choose to respond to our schedules.
Mark 1:35-39 Early in the morning. Week before the us rise, Jesus rose and went to a deserted place where He could be alone in prayer. Simon and those with tracked Him down. When they found Him , they told Him, " Everyone's looking for you!" he replied. " Lets head in the other direction, to the nearby villages , so that I can preach there too. That's why I've come. He traveled throughout Galilee preaching in their synagogues and throwing out demons.
Jesus didnt have to manage traffic, schedules. While juggling work assignments, but He did have plenty of people who demanded much of Him. His life was full of interruptions, even His quiet time got interrupted! The Gospels, especially Mark's , read like a fast paced novel, in which Jesus seems to keep pretty busy schedule.
And yet, Jesus was never hurried. In the midst of the other people's demands, He is unruffled. He always we seems to have time for what matters. We all need to slow down, our pace, take time for ourselves. It's hard, but doable. My self time is when I go out of town to barrel races. I know some think I am unsociable not going out to eat, etc. but this is my down time. I take food in my trailer , that's I cooked from home, just have to heat up or put in crockpot. When I am at home I have a " circle" of things that need to be done, and I have to make myself make a stopping point. Which I lay in bed at night making lists, of things I didn't get done, my night sleep UGH, 3- maybe 4 hrs, since chemo. I have a hard time sleeping all night . I have to schedule my time, from my house , to mom and dads, there is no end basically. When you have animals, It's a daily process.
I take my time every morning for Jesus , to read and share Scripture.
It starts my day in alignment with God. My plans seem to fall apart, when they do I don't get so upset, I just move forward let go and let God. This weekend was a test, my horse stumbled on first, hit my hand on the saddle horn, jerked the reins out of my hand, she went back across time before I could get my reins. UGH. Hurt my neck went had massage . Made clean run on the other one , fell in crack of 2 D Sunday two clean runs, one stumbled on first jerked reins out but I got them and still ran 15.6 , feel in crack again Sunday DANG. I was bummed out last night 6 hr drive home. I took hot bath, and this morning filling out another entry blank. On to the next!!
Have a BLESSED Monday ALL! For it is WITh God all things are possible!
Father God, guide me today and always to do all things that will bring glory and honor to Yรดu Amen

Amen and what a blessing to read your reactions to some of the roadblocks you encounter!
