I had a Burns made a few years ago. They are amazing saddles. And it has fit every horse I have put it on. It's like a work of art |

I think I already replied on the first page but I just wanted to come back and say DITTO!!!
Having ridden some of the deep seated saddles mentioned I also think that sometimes folks think they want a super deep seat, when really they want a balanced ride - Burns does that. Several times this year weβve been on such small patterns I wasnβt able to make it to the horn at all and made 2 handed turns - no problem, saddle kept me balanced and where I needed to be.
Their fitting knowledge is fantastic, weβre so lucky Wendy moved to the Midwest |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I've struggled for years with my mare. She's a monster. Wendy designed a new tree for really wide horses. Its the #40 and it fits her like a glove. I also use it on a gelding I'm running for a friend thats built totally different but with a pad change its a good fit. Now I want another Burns! So glad the company is traveling and getting their name out there. |

| They are such a nice family and have so much knowledge. And their work is second to none. They are worth the money. |

Location: NE Texas | I'll be the odd man out on the Burns. I couldn't get it to fit mine and I didn't care for the way it rode, pushing me forward every stride. They are beautiful though and nice quality. I took a big loss on the one I bought. |

Location: who knows? | Love the Shiloh Contender, Finalist and the new Encourager seems to have a deep seat and higher swells. Not bad priced and high quality. Call Stacy at Shiloh. |

Marlene by Reinsman has a nice feel too. I rode in my Jeff Smith C3 for the first time yesterday and I'm in love. It kept me centered and feeling secure but I could still move as needed. If you have a front endy horse I'm not sure it would be a good idea, I think it would kind of jab you in the stomach...mine I'm using it on is a free runner and its great! |

I got my C3 because I was riding a front endy horse so I wouldnβt go over the front...
That being said when I got my Burns and it fit him correctly he stopped being front endy. If his shoulders are all restricted he drops hard. Free up the shoulders, free up the horse. The c3 dug in behind his shoulder blades. |

Location: Montana | I've not tried mine on my front endy horse, who is also really ratey, push style (it doesn't fit her, I've tried different saddles with her, it doesn't matter, she's still front endy), but I was just guessing by the feel of it on my more free runner. I love my C3, so far. I've only ridden in it once, so I'll see if I continue to like it. I do think the swells would hold you in, but the super tall horn I think might catch your bra, LOL. |
