Way too much detail given that could be construed to better one side and/or degrade the other side. First rule about a lawsuit: Don't talk about the lawsuit until it's over! Stating that Latte was hurt could very well be seen as trying to bring down his current value and what would be distributed to the other party. There was no need to bring that up. That information could have been kept on a "need-to-know" basis as in only the parties that were interested on bidding on him (which you had to be able to show you had enough funds from your bank that you could immediately pay the price) would need to know vet check results if there is a "pre-purchase" exam performed. I can understand the need to clear the air, but it could have been said "I am very saddened by the situation. Yes Latte is involved in a lawsuit. I am not allowed to talk about it until the proceedings are over". Yes it must be difficult to read what people might be saying about you, but there is a very easy solution - delete all your social media and don't go anywhere near BHW. Then you don't see it and are not tempted to write about it publicly. So who will be webcasting the auction so we can all see it? I am waiting to see a report on this from TMZ any day now too!
