Location: OK | From my understanding, in very general terms, think of reserpine kinda like Ritalin does for ADD, it doesn't make them dopey, but it helps focus. I liked the other one better. You might wanna talk to a vet and get his opinions on which one he likes for what. It's a little shot in the muscle though, so easier than aceing every time. |

Location: Abbotsford B.C. Canada | Try two tsp a day magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate routinely. Very cheap and seems to work, just put in a little grain etc and feed every day.

| I love Oxy-Zen by Oxygen. It is expensive but totally worth it to me. I was told by the sale rep I buy from that the Oxy-calm is more for to calm their stomach so if you are sure it is not ulcer related than that might not work. The oxyzen just takes away my horses anxiety does not drug him. Also it will not test because it does not have any drugs in it. |

| So how long does it last if you only give it before you run? It says 1/2-1 hour before event, but if your at a barrel race and you've given it an hour ago, what point is it prob not working anymore?

I sell them for $35.95 shipped and myself and the company are great about refunding your money. There have been several horses that just don't do cookies so the new top dress powder will be great. |

Location: Probably On the Road to the Next Barrel Race! | If you can't find a natural calming agent, I highly recommend chlorpromazine...1 to 1/2 cc orally 1 1/2 hour out before run...that stuff is a miracle drug...talk to your vet. Your cost will be less than $5/run. Worth every penny...good luck. |
