Subject: small childs helmet

What is the best helmet for a small child? Has head circumference of approx 19.5 inches. Called Troxel and was told they don't make helmets that small......any suggestions?

Location: Utah		Both of my kids have an Ovation adjustable helmet. They fit well and are comfortable so they are happy to wear them. They have a dial on the back to adjust the fit. My youngest was 3 when I bought them and it would go smaller than his head at that time.
