So my parents are out of town for the week and today when I went to check on the animals the dog looked like something had really worked her over. She is a weaner rotti cross so she isn't super little. She weighs about fifty pounds. But she has a puncture wound or tear on her hind leg just above her hock that is about two to three inches long and in it you can see where something's tooth dug in deeply.
I washed the wound, used hydrogen peroxide, then sprayed it with granulex and I'm just wondering if you all think I should take her to the vet tomorrow. She is a bit sore and I was just wondering if she should possibly be put on antibiotics or if in this instance it isn't necessary. I just don't want hey to get a bad infection or anything. I did not take her temperature or anything and the wound looked pretty clean. It wasn't full of puss or anything like that.

Yes, if you think she was bitten, take her in. Bites will easily become infected due to all the bacteria in an animals mouth.

They may put drains if the bites are bad enough. Puncture wounds from bites need to heal inside to outside. They typically cleaned those wounds multiple times daily when those animals were hospitalized for bad attacks.

When our coyote hounds catch a coyote and get bit, we always run them through a couple of days of penicillen no matter what.  2cc first day, 1cc for 2 days after that.  Penicillen G

I would take her in - just to be safe.
