Subject: Quest Plus & Pregnant Mares

Location: Down South Mississippi		  Has anyone ever had any ill effects giving Quest Plus to your pregnant mares? Especially very early pregnant mares? Thanks for your input!

I don't give anything in the first 90 days. After that I have given Quest Plus to my pregnant mares without any problems.

 Thank you! I just read a veterinarian recommended not to worm, vaccinate or give other meds for the first 45 day

Location: You never know where I will show up......		My general rule of thumb is to make sure the mares are current on deworming and vaccines 30 days before they foal.  I actually do Quest Plus 30 days prior to foaling.  Never had a problem. I don't deworm or vaccinate anything for at least 45 days after they have been bred.
