I have a gelding who has been dropping urine. He has no bean and his sheath is clean. Anyone with experience in this? Could it be a kidney problem? He is 12

Sounds like it could be a urine/bladder infection, I would take him to the vet and have the horse catherized to obtain a non contaminated sample to send off for culture

If its not a bean I would go with the others. We had one do that but it was just a bean.
