I do when I'm training/competing/riding them regularly through the winter. I do a modified trace clip that makes cooling out easier and helps keep them clean in the girth area to help avoid rubs when bathing isn't an option. You just have to be willing to blanket at appropriate times etc.

Having good clippers is essential to a nice neat appearance and less frustration for you. Also...never clip on a windy day wearing Chapstick.

lol! thanks for the tip! I will remember to not wear my chapstick :) I body clip my 3 every year, I just wasn't sure if many others did!

I clip legs, cinch area, face, and whatever else is extra gross as the need arises. This year I am trying to blanket starting early enough to keep some of the worst buildup of grossness from happening. I know he's still going to grow a ton of hair but at least it will hopefully be cleaner and therefore easier to cool out. wishful thinking I'm sure
