Don't forget a release of liability clause either no matter how much you dont think your horse would do anything wrong a horse is an animal and should always be treated as such. Also I would avoid any written or spoken performance clauses .....even a side comment could turn ugly in a hurry if they take it as a verbale agreement or promise of performance.....and then don't want to pay the lease.....
