Location: In The Land of Cotton		Yes. I have used it for over a year now. My husband and I have it for breakfast and lunch. We prefer the chocolate one with blueberries.

Location: In The Land of Cotton		 I do get more energy. My husband does it too. I buy the big can  off Amazon. I think it is $54  

i use one full scoop for each serving and one cup of coconut milk and one cup of frozen berries. I do it for breakfast and freeze one for lunch. It helps me loose weight and eat better. I cannot eat soy as it blows me up. This product has no added chemicals is why I chose it. A big can lasts two weeks for two people twice a day.
