I have a mare by Ky Finest Firewater and I was hoping to find out more about him and his offspring I've done some searching on te Internet but have not been able to turn up much. I would love to get into contact with the breeder. Here is the mares pedigree

I bought a mare in foal to him, that resulting foal won the 1st go of the BFA juvenile in 2011, was reserve champion over all, placed 4th or 5th at the Diamonds and Dirt open out of 1000 runs, and just this past december became the BFA Derby World Champion, he has over $30,000 in earnings in the US and from what I can gather from the frech written quebec results $10,000 in earnings up there. Every baby my mare has had go to the barrel pen has been a winner though. The girl that owns the colt that won so much, has a couple of colts by KY Finest Firewater out of different mares too, and she will futurity them. SV Pass Em Fire is the name of the colt I raised, you can google him and find a lot of videos.

I've got his owner's email address.....
I have a 6yr old gelding by him that ran his Juvi and I ran at his 1st Futurity year at the BFA and also ran Futurity/Derby years at Ft. Smith. He didn't do anything but it was only because I was riding him and not a decent jockey -- the sucker can absolutely fly and he does with a decent jockey. He's literally a baby sitter - always has been - so he doesn't go full throttle with me. He's really laid back. He's got a big motor and I'm just now getting to the point where I can actually think during a ride. Clint Sherlin's dad broke him - his 3rd ride he roped a calf and doctored it. That's how good minded this gelding is. He runs the same every time even if he's not seen a barrel pattern in months. I've given lessons on him, given pony rides on him, shown him at a couple shows in Trail and Ranch, sorted cows on him. I ride him bareback with a halter in the same field that I breeze him in -- he knows the difference. He waits on me. I absolutely love his personality -- I've always said he's an old soul because he's always acted like an old horse that's been everywhere done everything. You can run into a pen cold and it doesn't phase him. If I had the room, time, money to buy another I would in a heartbeat.
Here's the link on his pedigree -

He's the tallest horse I've got. Very quiet, laid back and smart. Sweet natured and learns quick. He's been on the back burner for a few years while I was finishing up college and starting a new job. I'm in the process of legging him back up and doing a bit of a refresher on the barrels. Will be starting him on the hot heels as my next head horse soon!
Love him and sure wouldn't mind having another!
