Location: KS		I had foot surgery December 10th.  They broke my metatarsal in 2 places and screwed it back together (basically).  I started wearing a back on track sock on January 3rd and have worked up to wearing it about 18-20 hours a day.  Depends on if I sleep with it on or not.  It has helped tremendously with the swelling and  it does help calm the nerve pain.

Location: MD		I essentially live in my BOT knee brace. I put it on when getting dressed in the morning and take it off when getting ready for bed.

With my wrist I put it on the day I got my half cast off and did it how they say (4 hours the first day I think, then go up. It comes with guidelines). Then after that I basically wore it 24/7 for quite a while and then slowly just kinda stopped and haven't had to wear it for quite a while now.
