Ok so if I made a slow feeding barrel that had a net on the bottom (like the one on the other slow feeding hay net threads) would you be willing to buy them?? They would hold more hay so you would only have to fill up less than with a traditional slow feeding hay bag. I am just asking bc I am wanting to make them and sale them but I wanted to know if there was a market for them.

You could probably sell them but shipping would be very cost prohibitive.  You could sell them local or at shows but thats about it unless you could get a chain store to carry them.
