How many of you have them? And how many use them? Likes and Dislikes. We just got a new trailer and it has one in it. I have never used one before.

I have one and I don't use it a ton simply because I am lazy about cooking on the road. But we have made quite a few pizza's in it and I have used it with success for a few other things. I like having it

I have a Kitchenaid convection oven/toaster at home and am buying one for my trailer. I love it and use it every day. At home I can make brownies, bread, a whole chicken, roasts etc with it and it cuts the time down a lot! I even use it to just toast bread too. I got mine on sale and it was like $120 cdn. and well worth it. I like the idea I can unplug it when I am not in the trailer and store it somewhere too, I get paranoid with fires/electrical when my animals are around.

ETA: I don't use my full sized oven at the house anymore, and rarely fry anything. Between this and my crockpot I am set. I cook cleaner with both too so I eat healthier.

Would you mind sharing some recipes. I am kinda excited to try it. But I know absolutely nothing!!
