A good vet is my go to supplement for medical issues with my horses. Lol
Has this horse had any intra-articular therapy for the joint (joint injections)? The thing with low ringbone is, it’s a high motion joint. You will want to slow progression of the arthritis down as much as possible, and the only way to truly do this is to manage inflammation within the joint with injections.
If you’ve already injected the joint, I like systemic injectable joint supplements such as Legend, Adequan and Pentosan. Oral joint supplements are hit or miss, some are absorbed some aren’t. If I had to choose one, Cosequin is my preference.
A good farrier that keeps your horse well balanced will also go a LONG way at helping manage this.
