| Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You AMEN In Psalm 108, the psalmist was writing from a position of strength and confidence. David's praise came from a truly sincere place. It appears to burst forth from inside him in a rush of spontaneous joy. O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory. AWAKE, lute and harp! I will praise You, O Lord, along the peoples, and I will sing praises to You among the nations. For Your mercy is great above the heavens, and your truth reaches to the clouds. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth; that Your beloved may be delivered save with Your right hand and hear me. God has spoken in His holiness; "I will reoice'..GIve us help from trouble, for the help of man is useles. Through God will will do valiantly for it is He Who shall tread down our enemies. The value of the psalms is not just in their historic significance. They also provide a model for our own praise. LET YOUR PRAISES RING! The most powerful prayer is :God not my will, but let Your will be done" AMEN for it is WITH God ALL things are possible Matthew 19:26 |
