What experience have you had?  What signs/symptoms/issiues did you start noticing? What kind of treatment and did the horse fully recover?

I bumped up some older threads for you about your EPM questions, so you can read up on what others have gone threw.

Mine became extremly spooky and had a difficult time gaining weight. Anything and everything would set him off and he would go bolting. Other than the difficulty gaining weight and slight hind end weakness he showed no physical symtpoms. I treated with Toltrazuril and Pyrimethamine for two months and saw huge improvements, he is running in the 1D.

I recently had a horse with serious NECK issues which possibly was mimicing EPM and/or neuro issues .... but it was the neck that was manifesting the problems.

So not an experience necessarily, but perhaps another differential.
