They will assist you with finding stabling for your horses if needed due to your problem, locating a vet or farrier. I've had to call them several times for help -- they were great! |

Location: Freestone TX | I've had mixed results with US Rider, with it leaning more towards the negative. My car broke down in my driveway and had to be towed to the dealership. I live in BFE and was impressed that they had a wrecker out in the boonies where I live in less than 2 hrs to take care of it. Then there was the time the truck needed to be towed from the median of I-35 in San Antonio. After HOURS of sitting in miserable heat, they never did get any help IN A MAJOR CITY!! We finally contacted a tow service on our own and they reimbursed for the cost. Then right after that, the RV broke down on I-10 less than 10 miles outside Seguin.....again, not a remote area. US Rider never got us any help then either. After almost all night stuck on the interstate, we finally arranged our own help and US Rider reimbursed. Our experience has been that you find your own tow service and they will pay for it.......not what I wanted when I paid my membership. Oh, and I forgot about the time I had a flat on my trailer....again in San Antonio. I called them to send some muscle to do the change. I already had the trailer on the driveup ramp, beauty rings removed, spare sitting out by the trailer and the 4-way ready to go. I have a bad back and cannot do the actual lifting of the tire. The operator kept me on the phone forever wanting to know things that had nothing to do with sending me someone to loosen nuts, remove bad tire and put new one on. She wouldn't send help unless I had the VIN number of the trailer. That's after asking me every **** detail of my towing vehicle and the trailer........all unnecessary for what I needed. I didn't have the VIN of the trailer!!!!!! I was rescued by 2 good samaritans that saw my predicament and offered to change the tire for me. So all total, US Rider has been called 4 times, and sent help once. That translates in 25% of the time, they have been of assistance.
