I know the rodeo girls are a league of their own but I have to laugh when they come to the 4d's and get offended when they are not in the 1d. By looking at the times, there are several nice horses that are in the 3d/4d per this event when great horses such as Louie and Rare Dillion show up. Louis is just pure D amazing!!!

This may be true, but I can tell you from experience that the ground changes A LOT in these pens when you run this many girls. If you were an early runner, the ground was much heavier... after all the sunshine and being worked many times, the ground got MUCH faster. The first 50 runners had trouble being better than an 18.0. Jill Welsh, the high money winner over the 4th, ran just before me, and is a prime example of how much the ground can effect your run. You definitely wanted to be in the end of the lineup here. Congrats to everyone that made it back!
