Herbie - 2015-07-10 8:33 AM For those of you who like the feel of Ariat boots but have had some that haven't lasted like they should, be sure and contact the company, as they take great pride in their product and appreciate the feedback.  Also, if you have something other than Ariat but don't have the comfort level, you can purchase the Ariat insoles (just like are in the regular Ariat boots) at most any local retailer.  I work for the company that sells these and they are amazing!
Thanks, I might try that. I have a pair that are a few years old and the leather is cracking. Not sure if they will do anything, but worth a shot. The boots are in great condition otherwise.
Probably not if they are a couple years old.  That would be considered normal wear and tear.  Some leathers are more durable to wet and mucky conditions than others.

They have not been worn a whole lot, but I have had them a while.

The fatbaby's I had (Ariat turquoise color) lasted FOREVER. lol
They are sort of a brown color now as all of the turquoise has mostly been rubbed off, but I have had them probably 10 years.

Those insoles for Ariats sound nice! I'll have to look into that too!
