He didn't get the mares because of who his full brother was and how successful he was. Plus when you are standing at the same place that was standing Bullion Bullion, Mr Eye Opener, Okey Dokey Dale at that time... it's a little tough to hold your own in that group of sires. We stayed at Belle Mere 2 years ago when we went to the BFA. Dee told me that he hardly booked any mares and they were basically using him for a teasing stallion. He had a nice disposition.
