Expert Posts: 2276 Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :)	Today I realized that my wallet was mixed up with a few things my mom gathered up to throw out to the trash....that got picked up this morning!!! I had my social security card and my debit card and license in it!! I know I can call and cancel my card but is there anything to do about the social security card?!?! I can't believe this happened!!!

I changed wallets the other day and even said to myself I need to put this away but still put it in and now it's gone....I can't believe this happened. I don't want my identity stolen ;( omg....

Undercover Amish Mafia Member Posts: 9991 Location: Kansas	You can get a new SS card from your Social Security office, all you need is a copy of your birth certificate along with something that has your picture, such as a student ID...etc. As far as your debit card, your bank can issue you a new one. It takes anywhere from 10-14 days.

Expert Posts: 2276 Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :)	I called and cancelled my cards and a replacement is on it's way. I called the social security office and told me I couldn't do anything unless there has been fraud activity happening that I know of. I can get a replacement but I'm just worried about someone getting my ssc# what do I need to show to be able to get a replacement license?
