Depends on what y'all like but I'd go with baked potatoes
(I started just putting them in the oven at 350, cover with light coat of olive oil and salt and just put in oven for 1 hour - beats having to wrap in foil!
) or asparagus
(put on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake 10 mins on about 400
) or salad or corn on the cob, etc

Steamed broccoli, asparagus, rice with mixed veggies, chunk the chicken up and have it mixed in. Nom!

Oh my goodness...it all sounds so good! We're trying to sick to our healthy clean eating, I know...bourbon chicken isn't exactly healthy, we're cheating a bit. I'll probably stick with greens. Now which ones...I like them all!
