Ok I have a nice gelding I have been trying to sell. But I think my main problem maybe that I personally have not entered or ran him in the last 2 year. I was pregnant and it was just to hard to go with a little baby.He has run with different youth riders and done well.So my question is what would you as a buyers like to see more in an add newer 4d results or more rodeo results? Or maybe it doesn't matter to you as a buyers as long as he has recorded results??? I am just not getting the kinda interest I though I would have on a young gelding that is youth suitable but can hold his own at a rodeo to.....

Depends on price. If he only has 4d results then I would not pay 2d price for a horse who hasn't proven he could do it.
It also depends on age, you say young, I say young is 5-6. If he is older then that I personally would think the horse is maxed out on speed.
Yes it hurts your selling if the horse hasn't been ran lately as the stats won't be there. I don't want a 4d money earner, I want a 1d/2d money earner

He has 1 and 2 D results form 2011 thats the last year I ran him in 2010 he was top 3D in my state. He had since with youth riders won very tough 3d year end and was placing in the 2 and 1 d.....he ran at a High School rodeo and placed.....I didn't even start running him till he was 6 he is 9 this year. He can run and be competitive in 3 high school events and would be a roping fool with a little box time....I just pasture rope on him on the ranch...

It sounds like he's inconsistently placing due to multiple jockey changes. If that is correct, I would state that in his ads and then offer links to view the different placings/events. Sounds like he is pretty versatile as far as environments and riders.
