Wishing on a star Posts: 7935 Location: Where if you don't like the weather...wait 5 mins!	I am just wondering what it's like down there. We are thinking about it.....but not for a while. What's it like for barrel races and ammy rodeos for my daughter? High school rodeo, junior rodeo. Lots of hauling or close to Vegas jackpots. Stuff like that. Thanks in advance!

Sock eating dog owner Posts: 4557 Location: Where the pavement ends and the West begins Utah	Don't know a lot about Vegas but you can go across the border into Utah and barrel race till your sick of it from the south end of the state straight north into Wyoming, almost any day of the week.

Expert Posts: 1420 Location: utah ,close to las vegas my real home	There is a lot of barrel racing in Vegas at least two a month. And there is high school rodeo but some of them you will have to travel to in Nevada. It's hot in the summer so you have torqued early or late But u can ride all winter long !! And no ice to break ! We are just starting to think about it and want to know if it will work for us. We are pretty used to jackpotting with added money and Ammy rodeoing until Fallon is old enough to go pro. If you knew me you would want to be me Posts: 13645 Location: Utah	check out www.mrsudoubtfire.com That site will give you a good idea on what is in the area. I know that alot of kids hs rodeo in Utah from that area so www.uhsra.org is a good site to look at.
