I have a Black Rhino about the horse barrel saddle and it fits my horse perfect! The issue I have is it doesn't fit my right leg perfect. I always feel like right leg is shorter than the other and its pinching and puts pressure on my knee. I've measured the fenders and everything is perfectly even. Is it possible that the saddle just won't work for me? I have straight aluminum stirrups. Maybe the walls stirrups would be better? What do you like that not only fits your horse but fits YOU? :)

I have one leg that is shorter than the other, or one that's longer than the other. However you wanna look at it. But with any saddle I ride in I have to adjust the stirrups to be UNeven, so that they feel right.

As the above poster said, it could YOUR legs that are uneven. It is also not uncommon for the left stirrup leather to stretch from mounting and dismounting.

Whatever the case, you need to adjust the stirrup length to YOU, not the number of holes. A piece of leather or rubber or even some vet wrap can be used around the top bar of the stirrup to make a half hole adjustment if a whole hole is too much.

I deal with this also and adjust my stirrups until they feel even to me.

Another thing is you might be out. Lay down and have someone bring your ankles together. If they don't meet up a trip to the chiro will take care of that.

I have had to punch holes in my stirrups in between the original holes because either they felt to high or too low.  Maybe you could try that on the one that doesn't feel right?

I also had a problem with my ankles and knees hurting me so I got the Walls slanted and noticed a huge improvement.
