I just read the headlines Posts: 4483	I have used her bits before but not that one. I like them- they have a nice weight to them, no jagged areas and the diameter, not to thick or too thin

This bit is actually very forgiving because the chain is thick- and it has rubber stoppers on the end so it won't pinch or bite. I love this bit on my free running horse- I get rate and lift- and it totally releases when you let go the pressure- it's not a bear trap like some others I've seen for free running horses. I've used it alot on a variety of horses with success. eta: there is nothing about it that looks like it would bite to me- Edited by trickster j 2014-07-30 9:16 PM

Thick and Wavy Posts: 6102 Location: Nebraska	not one of these, but my fixed Ed Wright Medium shank bit works well for me with that type of horse.
