Have a couple of questions for a real estate specific attorney if anyone on here happens to be one or well educated in real estate law.

It's regarding land sold on a contract for deed...

I know in Texas it is considered borderline malpractice for an atty. to write a contract for deed, hope your states laws are different.

PM me and I will answer any questions I can. I am not a real estate atty. or any kind of atty. for that matter.  I am in the middle of trying to take property back due to non payment that was set up on a contract for deed.  I am about two months and $4000 in to working on getting our property back so unfortunately I know more than I ever wanted to know about contracts for deed.  My advice may not be perfect but it won't cost $300 an hour either, lol.

All states are different as to real estate law. You really should ask an attorney from your state. Most don't charge to answer a question.
