Content In Him, I am not always content
With God all things are possible

1 Timothy 6:6. But godliness with contentment is great gain.
Lord, I confess that I'm not always content. I find myself wishing life were different sometimes. Today, I THANK YOU for the many things You've already done in my floe. Take my discontentment and replace it with genuine peace. Amen
Even the strongest Christian can struggle with discontentment. We're conditioned by the world to want more... Of everything. More money, nicer clothes , bigger house, a better paying job. We're rarely satisfied with way we have.
And when we're single , the Wish I had this or that list can be pretty long. If we don't get the things we long for, sometimes our discontenent shifts into overdrive. But what can we do about it?
Today, take stock of what God has ALREADY done for you. take a look at the areas of your life in which you've been struggling with discontentment. Hasn't God already given you people who pour into your life? Instead focusing on ALL the things you don't have, spend time PRAISING Him for the things you do have! Offer The Lord any discontenent and watch Him give you a contented heart. For it is WITH God ALL things ARE possible.
Have a VERY BLESSED Friday ALL!
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. Ame

I have this verse on my computer at work and look at it everyday. The secret to happiness lies NOT is getting what you want, but wanting what you have! I love this verse and the meaning.
